The original mechanical elements of the instrument have been preserved. However, the original pipes suffered different transformation during the restorations carried out, mainly, by Henlard and Beracoechea. The original length of the pipes was notably shortened, so that the original tuning devices by Antonio Pilat and the original sound were missing. The work carried out in 1987 strictly tryed to repaire the instrument in its state after the restoration of 19th and 20th centuries.
